The company has been established for nearly 40 years and has built a strong reputation through repeat business and long standing relationships with leading general contractors throughout the region.Company Highlights:* Approximately 300 full time employees* $120M in average annual revenue* Over $100M in current backlog, with significant projected growth over the next 3 years* Extensive portfolio across hospitality, multifamily, commercial, retail, restaurant, and other markets* Projects throughout the DMV* Strong repeat business with many of the region's leading general contractors* Performs both Plan & Spec and Design Build / Design Assist projects* Growing commercial service and maintenance division* Expertise across HVAC, VRF systems, commercial plumbing, ductwork, and sheet metalThe company offers the opportunity to join a well established organization with a strong project pipeline, long standing client relationships, and continued growth across the DMV market.Job DescriptionThe VDC Executive - Speciality Contractor - NoVA will be responsible for:Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models for HVAC and plumbing systems.Establish and enforce company-wide BIM/VDC standards, workflows, and best practices.Manage and mentor BIM/VDC team members to ensure quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to resolve coordination issues and optimize constructability.Conduct clash detection, design reviews, and model-based constructability analyses.Integrate BIM/VDC deliverables with fabrication, estimating, and field layout processes.Oversee BIM/VDC project schedules, resource allocation, and deliverables to meet project timelines.Stay current with new BIM/VDC technologies and tools to enhance productivity and accuracy.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
