About Our Client

The VDC Manager will oversee BIM and VDC operations, technology implementation, model coordination, and digital construction workflows across the organization. This role will serve as a key resource for project teams, ensuring the effective use of BIM software, clash detection, model-based coordination, and interoffice collaboration.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage BIM/VDC strategies and workflows across multiple projects and construction sectors.
  • Support and manage BIM and VDC production operations while fostering collaboration among IT, office, and project teams.
  • Oversee model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and digital project delivery.
  • Provide technical leadership, training, and support for BIM/VDC software and best practices.
  • Establish and maintain BIM standards, execution plans, and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to enhance project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5-8 years of project experience, including supervisory responsibilities, as a Project Engineer, Project Manager, VDC/BIM Manager, or equivalent role.
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on support experience with industry-standard software, including: AutoCAD, Navisworks, Revit, Archicad, Other BIM/VDC platforms and coordination tools
  • Strong understanding of BIM implementation, model coordination, construction documentation, and digital project delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and support cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience across multiple construction sectors is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual
