This role will serve as a key resource for project teams, ensuring the effective use of BIM software, clash detection, model-based coordination, and interoffice collaboration.Job DescriptionLead and manage BIM/VDC strategies and workflows across multiple projects and construction sectors.Support and manage BIM and VDC production operations while fostering collaboration among IT, office, and project teams.Oversee model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and digital project delivery.Provide technical leadership, training, and support for BIM/VDC software and best practices.Establish and maintain BIM standards, execution plans, and quality control procedures.Collaborate with project managers, field teams, architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors to enhance project outcomes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
