Vice President, Affordable Housing Asset & Property Management

• Oversee asset and property management for Section 8 affordable housing properties in New York City and Los Angeles.
• Ensure compliance with Section 8 housing regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance and occupancy rates.
• Collaborate with property managers to maintain high-quality living standards and resolve tenant issues.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Prepare and present reports on property performance to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, contractors, and other external partners.
• Lead and mentor a team of property management professionals.
