• Oversee all construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize construction processes and outcomes.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for construction operations.
• Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or cost overruns.
