• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to align with the brand's marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing and agency teams to create cohesive in-store displays.
• Analyze store layouts and customer flow to optimize product placement and maximize sales.
• Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives and make improvements as needed.
• Oversee seasonal and promotional display updates to ensure alignment with retail trends and campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand presentation across all retail locations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovation in visual merchandising.
