• Develop and implement physical security strategies and protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in the financial services sector.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for physical security threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance security measures.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems and equipment.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and provide detailed reports.
• Manage and train the security team to maintain high standards of performance.
• Prepare and manage the budget for physical security operations.
