Job Description

  • Develop and implement remediation strategies to address identified risks and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of remediation plans to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze risk and compliance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals within the Risk & Compliance department.
  • Ensure timely resolution of compliance-related issues and provide ongoing support to relevant teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in financial services.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness and compliance throughout the organization.
