Warehouse Director

• As the Warehouse Director you will lead and manage warehouse operations across multiple facilities ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity are being met.
• Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse workflows and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production and delivery timelines.
• Monitor and manage warehouse managers, supervisors and warehouse staff, including training and performance evaluations.
• Analyze data and generate reports to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• This role will be based in Victorville, CA and will oversee facilities in Victorville, CA and Chino, CA.
