MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Warehouse Manager - Bilingual should have:5-10+ years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or production operations.Proven leadership experience managing warehouse teams, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and material flow processes.Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within a manufacturing or distribution environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.Demonstrated ability to drive accountability, execute priorities, and achieve operational goals.Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, Lean principles, or process optimization is preferred.DOT HAZMAT and RCRA training/certification preferred.Forklift certification and experience in a manufacturing environment are a plus.What's on OfferCompetitive salary range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year.Permanent position with growth opportunities.Interested?
