Our client is a well established and high growth food manufacturer based in Victorville, CA.

Job Description

  • As the Warehouse Manage - Food you will oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory control and order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff across multiple shifts to maintain high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and industry standards.
  • Monitor and optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory, shipping, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline logistics operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • This role is onsite and based in Victorville, CA.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Manager - Food should have:

  • Experience managing warehouse operations in a food distribution or food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team across several shifts.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments.
  • A Bachelors degree in a related field is preferable.
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work across several shifts when necessary.
  • This role is onsite based in Victorville, CA.
