With decades of innovation, a large U.S. manufacturing footprint, and a strong promote-from-within culture, the organization provides excellent long-term career growth opportunities.Job DescriptionThis role will report directly into the Production Manager and be responsible for:Leading a team of approximately 10 to 15 employees across signage production and logistics activities.Coordinating manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and warehousing operations to support customer delivery schedules.Managing workflow to ensure production orders are being completed accurately and on time.Overseeing inventory movement and material handling activities throughout the facility.Ensuring forklift operations and warehouse practices are being conducted safely and efficiently.Training employees on production procedures, quality standards, safety expectations, and inventory processes.Monitoring ERP transactions and ensuring work orders and inventory records are remaining accurate.Auditing production documentation and quality records for compliance.Partnering with planning, logistics, and operations teams to improve efficiency and customer service levels.Supporting continuous improvement efforts and driving accountability across the team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
