Job Description

As the Warehouse Supervisor you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Coordinate inventory management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods (chilled, frozen, and dry).
Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
Implement and maintain health and safety standards across all warehouse activities.
Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall logistics and supply chain objectives.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and vehicles.
Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all warehouse activities.
This role is onsite near Pacoima, Los Angeles, CA.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse Supervisor should have:

Experience in warehouse operations from food production and manufacturing (Frozen, Chilled, and Dry goods).
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse management systems.
Ability to operate various forklifts.
Commitment to maintaining workplace safety and compliance with regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges proactively.
Ability to work different shifts when needed.
This role is on site near Pacoima, Los Angeles, CA.
