Job Description

  • Lead all warehouse and logistics operations including receiving, inventory management, storage, shipping, transportation, and distribution activities across multiple facilities.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through effective use of ERP/MRP and inventory management systems.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, service levels, productivity, and cost performance.
  • Oversee inbound material flow to support production requirements and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Partner with customer service, production, procurement, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, transportation, labor productivity, and warehouse performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing data analytics and operational best practices.
  • Lead, coach, and develop warehouse management teams, supervisors, drivers, and hourly associates.
  • Support food safety, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and inventory control processes.
  • Manage operations across multiple warehouse locations and ensure alignment of standards, processes, and performance.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong expertise in inventory management, warehousing operations, and logistics execution.
  • Experience utilizing ERP, MRP, WMS, or related inventory management systems.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in fast-paced manufacturing settings.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization, from frontline employees to executive leadership.
  • Experience managing operations across multiple facilities.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of driving operational enhancements.
