Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day waste treatment operations, ensuring safe and efficient processes
  • Lead, train, and develop a team of technicians within the treatment area
  • Ensure full compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies
  • Monitor and optimize treatment systems, equipment, and chemical processes
  • Partner with EHS and operations teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and regulatory records
  • Respond to operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly

The Successful Applicant

  • Prior experience supervising waste treatment or environmental operations
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (RCRA, EPA, or equivalent)
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or chemical environments
  • Proven leadership ability managing teams and driving accountability
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with safety and operations teams
