Out client is seeking a Associate Director of Quality to oversee QA/QC operations in their Medical Device and Pharmaceutical environment. This role will over see manufacturing and laboratory quality, and ensure all metrics and KPIs are met.
The Associate Director of Quality Assurance will lead quality initiatives for FDA-regulated pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing, ensuring compliance and inspection readiness. This role oversees Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Batch Record Review/Release, and Quality Systems functions while driving continuous improvement, product quality, and regulatory excellence across the organization.
The Associate Director of Quality Assurance will lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of a compliant, inspection-ready quality system supporting FDA-regulated pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing operations. This role will provide strategic leadership and oversight across Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Batch Record Release, and Quality Systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
