• The Project Superintendent will provide supervision for the complete daily operation of the project. The Superintendent is responsible for interfacing with owners, architects, the city and subcontractors from the beginning phases of construction through turnover and closeout.The Superintendent's main focus is to manage the schedule, quality and safety in order to keep the project moving forward quickly and efficiently.

• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with client, Construction Manager, project team, consultants/architect/engineers, subcontractors, adjacent community, trade unions, governmental agencies.

Oversee daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, schedule management and quality control on all projects within the multifamily space. You will provide guidance and leadership to team of assistant project managers and assistant superintendents, superintendents while working alongside the Project Management team.

Provide comprehensive support to the team by coordinating daily project activities. This role is responsible for managing meeting schedules, overseeing budgets, and upholding standard's are essential for fostering a stronger team and ensuring project success.
