The estimator will process Purchase Orders, facilitate the bidding, squaring up bids, selecting trades and suppliers who perform well at competitive prices with production team, execute contracts in an efficient manner and oversee creation of master purchase orders to pay all construction billings timely, efficiently and accurately.
The Director of Preconstructuion will lead a team and assist the bidding of construction projects by preparing conceptual and hard dollar estimates, preparing proposals for new projects, and soliciting subcontractor bids. They will review and verify accuracy and completeness of all project documents received and will also perform quantity take-offs, constructability reviews, and value engineering analyses for all projects assigned.
