The Director of Manufacturing and Operations will lead 5 production sites across the United States and be responsible for the overall operations of driving overall financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, production, safety, quality, on time delivery and building a manufacturing structure and organization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing leader with direct experience designing, building, expanding, or operating steel storage tank manufacturing facilities. This consulting engagement provides considerable flexibility, with much of the work able to be performed remotely, while leveraging deep expertise in plant layout, welding operations, fabrication processes, equipment selection, production ramp-up, and facility commissioning.
As the Sales Manager, you will make a measurable impact on business growth throughout the Industrial and Agriculture OEM markets. You will have remote flexibility with meaningful travel to visit key clients.
