This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly experienced construction leader to oversee field operations across a multi-state territory. You'll play a critical role in driving project execution, developing field talent, and ensuring operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of ground-up construction projects.
This role will begin by leading a ground-up luxury hotel/resort project valued at approximately $50M. You'll have full responsibility for field operations from groundbreaking through project completion while partnering closely with the Project Manager and executive leadership.
The Superintendent will oversee daily field operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role partners closely with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive successful project execution from start to finish.
