This Plant Manager role is responsible for leading and scaling a manufacturing operation in a high‑growth industrial environment while owning safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. The Traveling Superintendent will lead all onsite construction activities for large light‑industrial, tilt‑wall, and cold‑storage projects throughout the Southeast. This role requires a true Lead Superintendent, someone who has taken multiple industrial projects from groundbreaking through closeout and can run job sites with independence, authority, and strong communication. The first projects are in Charlotte, followed by travel across nearby states.
