As a Sales Engineer you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing long-term customer relationships, increasing market penetration, preparing project estimates and proposals, and closing business within the commercial and industrial HVAC and air distribution market.

The Senior Superintendent is responsible for the profitable field operations on complex, large projects. The Senior Superintendent is also responsible to establish the safety culture on the jobsite and work closely with the Project Manager to manage schedule, budget, and staff to achieve profitable outcomes. This individual should also create and maintain effective client, vendor, supplier, and subcontractor relationships.

Lead small team of engineers and CAD designers (appx 5 team members) in General/Physical Layout as well as Protection & Control packages of substation design projects. Candidate will be the sealing engineer for the majority of work produced by the team and will also act to manage customer relations and well as business development with select clients.
