A superintendent focused on sitework and heavy civil oversees all field operations for earthwork, excavation, grading, underground utilities, drainage, paving, and other infrastructure construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget. They coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials while maintaining quality standards, managing site logistics, and serving as the field leader between project management, clients, and agencies.
