These positions sit between engineering design and active construction. The engineer will provide technical engineering support in the field, working alongside construction teams, clients, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to address issues that arise as projects progress.
Manage, prepare, review and/or provide guidance for line routing, survey coordination, PLS-CADD modeling, structure design, foundation design, clearance checks, plan/profile development, material specification and procurement, constructability evaluations, work order package preparation, permitting, vendor/subcontractor coordination and construction support.
The Project Development Engineer develops the technical basis for projects during the early stages of project development by translating client requirements into well-defined engineering deliverables that support EPC execution. This role develops conceptual engineering solutions, identifies technical risks, and establishes clear project scope to improve estimate accuracy and prepare projects for successful execution.
Manage the execution of multiple substation projects - spanning both brownfield (existing site upgrades) and greenfield (new site development) environments across power levels ranging from 69 kV up to 500+ kV. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless life‑cycle management of capital project execution.
As a Senior Engineer, you will provide senior level engineering/technical expertise on complex electric transmission design projects for high-voltage and extra high-voltage overhead utility systems. The position manages, prepares, reviews and/or provides guidance for line routing, survey coordination, PLS-CADD modeling, structure design, foundation design, etc.
