We're seeking a hands-on, bilingual HR Generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments to join a growing manufacturing company. This is a highly visible HR Generalist role that offers broad exposure to employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and day-to-day partnership with both operations leadership and employees on the production floor. This position is five days a week on-site in Paterson, NJ. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
