The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to help manage all phases of construction, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional custom homes.
Our client is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support field operations on ground-up construction projects throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland, with many projects concentrated in the Dulles corridor. This role is ideal for a Field Engineer, Project Engineer, or high-performing Foreman who is ready to take the next step into field leadership and develop toward a Superintendent position.
