The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will report to the Chairman and CEO and lead day to day operations in charge of the P&L for all operating divisions, build the operating infrastructure and systems, and ensure the talent and management team has the bench talent for succession planning and growth.
The Director of Manufacturing and Operations will lead 5 production sites across the United States and be responsible for the overall operations of driving overall financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, production, safety, quality, on time delivery and building a manufacturing structure and organization.
The Vice President of Operations will oversee an international supply chain network. This is a leadership role that will oversee procurement, manufacturing plants (domestic & overseas), contract manufacturers & co-packers, logistics, transportation, customs & regulatory compliance, and own a rigorous demand plan/S&OP.
