The Senior Electrical Engineer will represent the owner and provide technical oversight of the Construction Manager and EPC team. The role supports modular buildout, electrical installation, testing, commissioning, energization, and turnover. This is an oversight position and does not directly manage daily field construction crews.
The Electrical Engineer will provide engineering and field support for utility-scale BESS projects from construction through commissioning and energization. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and submittals, inspecting electrical installations, resolving field issues, coordinating contractors and vendors, supporting testing and startup, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety requirements. Extensive travel is required.
