The Substation Physical Project Designer supports high‑ and extra‑high‑voltage substation projects by leading physical design efforts, producing and reviewing detailed drawings, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements from concept through construction.

This role leads substation projects end-to-end owning client relationships, driving project delivery, and building a high-performing engineering team across complex infrastructure work. It offers the chance to work within a major EPC environment where you're involved in the full project lifecycle, gaining exposure to large-scale builds and real accountability from design through construction.

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with experience in distribution and substation design, including medium-voltage and high-voltage systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in power system modeling, utility infrastructure, relay coordination, renewable energies and microgrid integration, along with an ability to work independently and mentor others.
