The Director of Operations is responsible for setting and executing the global operations, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and quality strategy for a multi-site industrial manufacturing organization. This leader drives operational excellence, profitable growth, continuous improvement, and organizational effectiveness while leading 6 direct reports and influencing over 300 employees across operations functions.
The Director of Manufacturing and Operations will lead 5 production sites across the United States and be responsible for the overall operations of driving overall financial performance, operational excellence, continuous improvement, production, safety, quality, on time delivery and building a manufacturing structure and organization.
