• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve concerns.
• Oversee the quality control process to ensure high standards are consistently achieved.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials, and equipment usage.
• Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among all site personnel.
