Advanced Technology - Engineering Manager - Concord, MA

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering teams through the full product development lifecycle, from concept through production.
• Provide technical guidance across hardware, embedded systems, software, and system-level design efforts.
• Manage, mentor, and develop engineering talent while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Drive project planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, operations, quality, and product teams.
• Support new product introduction activities and production readiness efforts.
• Lead design reviews, problem-solving initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, design controls, and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with international engineering and operational stakeholders.
