Job Description

  • Act as the Voice of the Customer for quality issues and nonconformances
  • Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive actions
  • Review nonconforming material and support MRB activity
  • Support and lead First Article Inspection (FAI) submissions
  • Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve processes and quality outcomes
  • Participate in internal audits, continuous improvement, and 6S initiatives

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

  • 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working within ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality systems
  • Strong blueprint reading and inspection knowledge (GD&T preferred)
  • Experience supporting MRB, FAIs, audits, and corrective actions
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite and be engaged on the manufacturing floor
