Job Description

  • Design and develop AI solutions that address defined business and technical needs.
  • Build, test, and refine AI models and related application components.
  • Work with Technology team members to translate requirements into practical AI features.
  • Evaluate model outputs and improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing technology applications and workflows.
  • Write clear technical documentation for AI designs, code, and implementation decisions.
  • Investigate technical issues and resolve defects that affect AI solution performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AI Engineer should have:

  • Experience designing and developing AI solutions.
  • Experience building, testing, and improving AI models.
  • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into working features.
  • Experience evaluating model performance and addressing output issues.
  • Ability to integrate AI capabilities into applications and workflows.
  • Experience documenting technical designs and implementation decisions.
