Job Description

The Superintendents will be responsible for:

Managing day-to-day site operations across interiors or ground-up construction projects
Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure timely delivery
Driving safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases of construction
Leading project teams on-site, fostering collaboration and accountability
Identifying risks early and proactively resolving issues to maintain progress
Working closely with project management teams and stakeholders
Maintaining detailed reporting on site progress, schedule, and milestones
Ensuring projects stay aligned with budgets, specifications, and client expectations

The Successful Applicant

Successful Superintendents should have:

Experience in commercial construction as Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent
Background in interiors (office, retail, education, government) or ground-up builds (multifamily, education, industrial, or parks)
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to run projects independently
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability
Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on solutions
Ability to take ownership and accountability for project outcomes
