Job Description

The Superintendents will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations across interiors or ground-up construction projects
  • Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics to ensure timely delivery
  • Driving safety, quality, and compliance standards across all phases of construction
  • Leading project teams on-site, fostering collaboration and accountability
  • Identifying risks early and proactively resolving issues to maintain progress
  • Working closely with project management teams and stakeholders
  • Maintaining detailed reporting on site progress, schedule, and milestones
  • Ensuring projects stay aligned with budgets, specifications, and client expectations

The Successful Applicant

Successful Superintendents should have:

  • Experience in commercial construction as Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent
  • Background in interiors (office, retail, education, government) or ground-up builds (multifamily, education, industrial, or parks)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to run projects independently
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on solutions
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for project outcomes
