This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to the continued success of a dynamic real estate platform.Job DescriptionThe Asset Management Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and play a critical role in supporting the financial and operational performance of a commercial real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders, third-party property managers, and leasing teams to maximise asset value and support strategic decision-making.Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate asset performance and investment opportunities.Analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual property financial statements, providing commentary on key variances and trends.Monitor property performance metrics including Net Operating Income (NOI), occupancy, leasing activity, debt service coverage, and capital expenditure initiatives.Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes across the portfolio.Partner with third-party property management teams to review operating performance, budgets, and compliance with business plans.Prepare executive-level reporting, investment analyses, valuations, and hold/sell recommendations.Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing initiatives, investor reporting, and special projects.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
