Their people-first culture emphasizes professional development, leadership opportunities, and rewarding high performance.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will report to the Project Manager and play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale data center construction projects. This role combines project coordination, cost management, subcontractor engagement, and field support to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Manage day-to-day project activities under the direction of the Project Manager.Track project progress and assist with the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.Support project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and estimate development.Solicit, evaluate, and coordinate bids from subcontractors and material suppliers.Assist with change order management, contract administration, and invoice processing.Work closely with Superintendents and field teams to monitor project execution and resolve issues impacting schedule or budget.Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
