Backed by an award-winning culture and entrepreneurial leadership team, they are investing heavily in both growth and employee development.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Project Manager will:Support Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closeout of multiple commercial interior projects.Track RFIs, submittals, long-lead materials, and project documentation.Coordinate project startup activities and closeout requirements.Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items.Monitor project schedules and assist with overall project administration.Conduct site visits and support field coordination efforts as needed.Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and ownership teams.Assist with procurement and buyout activities.Utilize Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Excel, and CMiC to manage project information.Take ownership of increasing project responsibilities as experience and performance grow.Support 2-3 projects simultaneously, ranging from approximately 20,000 SF and larger.Help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
