Job Description

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects.
  • Collaborate with project leadership to maintain schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
  • Assist with project tracking, reporting, and communication between stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and quality.
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project information and workflows.
  • Work closely with field teams, subcontractors, and project partners to drive successful project delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Split time between the office and active project sites.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of construction industry experience.
  • Experience working on multifamily residential projects, including garden-style, wrap, or podium developments.
  • Understanding of wood-frame and steel-structured multifamily construction.
  • Working knowledge of Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a professional and client-facing demeanor.
  • Demonstrated employment stability and interest in a long-term career opportunity.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
