Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsDeveloper / GC with a strong track record in MultifamilyOpportunity to join a growing business in Florida with established clientsAbout Our ClientEstablished Multifamily Developer / Builder with experience in both NY and Florida.Job DescriptionProject Planning & CoordinationAssist in managing multifamily residential projects through all phases of design and construction.Support project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure milestones are achieved.Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and ownership teams.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, delays, or budget impacts.Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action-item tracking.Construction AdministrationReview and track Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, change orders, and pay applications.Assist with construction document reviews and coordination between disciplines.Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with design intent.Support punch list development, closeout documentation, and turnover activities.Maintain organized project records and reporting systems.Financial & Contract ManagementAssist with budget tracking, forecasting, and cost control efforts.Review consultant and contractor invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.Support procurement activities and contract administration.Help prepare project status reports for internal leadership and client teams.Stakeholder ManagementServe as a key point of contact for project stakeholders.Maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies.Communicate project updates, risks, and solutions effectively.Support business development initiatives through exceptional client service and project execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
