Job Description

The APM/PM - Commercial Construction - Richmond, VA will:

  • Manage a single project at a time from concept through completion
  • Partner with in-house design and architecture teams during preconstruction
  • Lead estimating efforts and support project planning
  • Oversee project execution including schedule, budget, and subcontractors
  • Track project financials and drive profitability
  • Coordinate closely with senior leadership and clients throughout the lifecycle
  • Handle project closeout and ensure client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

The APM/PM - Commercial Construction - Richmond, VA will receive:

  • 1-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
  • Experience with ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects
  • Engineering degree required (civil, mechanical, or similar discipline)
  • Familiarity with tools like Procore, Excel, and MS Project
  • Strong initiative, work ethic, and desire to grow into a Project Manager role
