Their culture emphasizes collaboration, technical excellence, and strong customer focus.Job DescriptionServe as the technical bridge between customers, sales, and internal engineering teams.Evaluate customer requirements and recommend optimal product configurations and solutions.Prepare technical specifications, quotations, and submittals to support sales efforts.Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including troubleshooting and application guidance.Conduct application reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution accuracy.Support project execution, including municipal and industrial project coordination through commissioning.Assist with field activities such as installation support, startup, and customer training as needed.Maintain strong knowledge of product applications and industry requirements.Participate in trade shows and contribute to technical documentation and product development initiatives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
