Job Description

They Key Responsibilities of the Application Engineer are:

  • Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and internal engineering/manufacturing teams
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend optimal electro‑mechanical actuator configurations
  • Prepare technical specifications, quotations, and product submittals for industrial applications
  • Provide pre‑ and post‑sale technical support, including troubleshooting and application sizing
  • Support field start‑ups, customer training, and on‑site application reviews as needed
  • Collaborate on special projects including product development support, documentation, and process improvement

The Successful Applicant

The successful appilcant will have:

  • Engineering degree or engineering technology background (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Strong electro‑mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
  • Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or process‑driven environments
  • Excellent technical communication skills, able to explain solutions to technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple applications, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Customer‑focused mindset with confidence supporting sales engineering and field teams
