Job Description

  • Organize and maintain asbestos-related records and documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of project reports and regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing asbestos abatement project paperwork.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation for ongoing projects.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide updates on project documentation status.
  • Support the department with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of filing requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
