About Our Client

Our client is a well‑capitalized, institutional real estate investment platform with a national footprint and a highly active transaction pipeline across residential asset classes. Backed by significant resources and long‑term capital, the firm is scaling its Asset Management function to support sustained acquisition, optimization, and disposition activity.

Job Description

The Asset Management will provide overall leadership and regional oversight for the portfolio of diverse office and mixed use retail assets. Alongside this your daily roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Lead the asset teams to complete renovations, property maintenance and planned preventative work on all properties throughout the region.
  • Overall responsibility for executing the final asset plans and ensuring all management and rehabs completed
  • Have responsibility for creating, leading and executing annual budgets alongside financial teams.
  • Work directly with investment teams to review and lead the underwriting of new acquisitions prior to final bid.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper reporting and compliance.
  • Prepares lease net present value (NPV) calculations and perform a comparison against budget.
  • Provides reporting and analytical support to the corporate finance team and senior management as requested

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of institutional real estate asset management experience; institutional or near institutional level rigor is required.
  • Background within a private equity, investment manager, or similarly sophisticated platform
  • Demonstrated success managing complex residential portfolios through multiple market cycles
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and investment reporting
  • Experience partnering with acquisitions and dispositions teams on high‑volume transaction activity
  • A "builder" mindset and comfortable operating without a rigid playbook while leveraging the resources of a scaled organization
  • Advanced Excel skills and fluency working with asset‑level and portfolio‑level reporting systems



What's on Offer

Targeting a base salary from $150,000 - $180,000 plus bonus. Our client will consider well qualified candidates above this range however.
