As an Associate, Asset Management, you'll gain exposure to complex investment assets, influence strategic decision-making, and partner with experienced stakeholders to enhance portfolio performance and deliver long-term value.Job DescriptionThe Associate, Asset Management will report into the Asset Management leadership team and play a key role in optimising portfolio performance through financial analysis, business planning, and operational strategy. You will work closely with investment, operations, finance, and corporate teams to identify opportunities that enhance asset value and drive long-term growth.Support asset-level business plans and monitor performance against strategic objectivesDevelop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, capital plans, and asset management strategiesIdentify and implement revenue growth initiatives and operational efficiencies to improve net operating incomeAnalyse property financial statements, budgets, and reporting packages to ensure accuracy and performance trackingPrepare quarterly and annual investment reporting for senior stakeholders and ownership groupsConduct market research, competitive analysis, and economic trend reviews to support portfolio strategyAssist with acquisition due diligence, disposition activities, refinancing initiatives, and capital planning projectsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
