Backed by significant resources and long‑term capital, the firm is scaling its Asset Management function to support sustained acquisition, optimization, and disposition activity.Job DescriptionThe Asset Management will provide overall leadership and regional oversight for the portfolio of light industrial assets. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant8+ years of institutional real estate asset management experience; institutional or near institutional level rigor is required.Background within a private equity, investment manager, or similarly sophisticated platformDemonstrated success managing complex residential portfolios through multiple market cyclesStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and investment reportingExperience partnering with acquisitions and dispositions teams on high‑volume transaction activityA "builder" mindset and comfortable operating without a rigid playbook while leveraging the resources of a scaled organizationAdvanced Excel skills and fluency working with asset‑level and portfolio‑level reporting systemsWhat's on OfferTargeting a base salary from $150,000 - $180,000 plus bonus.
