With a significant active pipeline and portfolio, the company provides the opportunity to make a visible impact at both asset and platform level.Job DescriptionThe Senior Asset Manager will report into senior leadership and play a critical role in driving performance across a dynamic portfolio of multifamily and build-to-rent assets.Take full ownership of asset performance across an assigned portfolio, executing business plans to drive NOI growth and valueLead lease-up strategy, managing rental pricing, concessions, and velocity on Class A assetsOversee onboarding and management of third-party property managers, holding them accountable to performance targetsManage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment with underwriting assumptionsAct as the key point of communication between development, construction, and property management teamsProvide clear, strategic recommendations to senior leadership and investment partnersSupport investment sales processes, including asset positioning, reporting, and buyer engagementMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
