Asset Manager, Retail - Dallas, TX

The Asset Manager will report into senior leadership and be responsible for optimising portfolio performance across a diverse real estate platform.

• Lead the execution of asset-level business plans to maximise value and returns
• Monitor property performance, including income, expenses, leasing activity, and capital projects
• Partner closely with property management, development, and leasing teams to drive operational outcomes
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across assigned assets
• Identify value-add opportunities including repositioning, redevelopment, and operational efficiencies
• Support financing, refinancing, and disposition strategies where appropriate
• Prepare and present asset performance reports to senior stakeholders
