Job Description

  • Assist in planning and scheduling construction projects to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on-site.
  • Review project documentation, including blueprints and contracts.
  • Address and resolve project-related issues promptly.
  • Prepare progress reports and present updates to management.
  • Support the senior project manager in managing multiple construction projects.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Experience with construction project management processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documents.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
